4 ripe tomatoes

200g buffalo mozzarella

Fresh basil

Extra virgin olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Balsamic vinegar (optional)
Preparation:

Slice the tomatoes and mozzarella.

Arrange the tomato and mozzarella slices alternately on a serving plate.

Add fresh basil leaves between the slices.

Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil, salt, and pepper.
